Nicole Walter-Murphy

Though born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area, Nicole moved to Eastern Ontario during her post-secondary years and immediately felt a sense of “home”. Graduating from Queen’s University and then Humber College in downtown Toronto, Nicole knew that eventually she wanted to remain and plant roots in a smaller town. Quite quickly, The Bay of Quinte felt like her second “home” and Nicole currently lives in Belleville with her husband and two beautiful daughters. Nicole has an extensive background in the entertainment (Go, Raptors, Go!), events and hospitality industry and loves working with people. As a real estate investor herself, and having a love for renovating and flipping houses, a natural career path led Nicole to becoming a REALTOR. When she isn’t working, you can find her playing dinosaurs and Paw Patrol with her kiddos, playing board games with friends, cooking and spending time outdoors – preferably a beach.
